Job Description Description SHIFT: Days (rotating weekends) SCHEDULE: Full-time \n Together, we---re making a difference. \n\n At Medical City Dallas , you can be part of a team that puts the care and improvement of human life above all else. \n\n \n\n Medical Surgical Telemetry Unit Registered Nurse --- Full-time Day Shift 7A --- 7P \n\n New hires may receive up to a $7,500 Sign on Bonus \n\n \n\n Applying the standards set forth for nursing practice by the American Nurses Association (ANA), the Med Surg Tele RN will organize, modify, evaluate, document and maintain the plan of care for unit patients. \n\n --- Plan, implement, revise and delegate nursing care \n\n --- Perform necessary technical skills as delineated through education, expertise, and unit requirements \n\n --- Incorporate teaching into all aspects of nursing practice \n\n \n\n 7 South is a fast-paced 22-bed acute medical/surgical unit.
