Description Work Schedule: Full-Time, Days
Rotating call: approximately 5 days per month
Medical City Weatherford is a 103-bed, all private room hospital
that includes a network of medical clinics serving Parker County.

Position Summary & Responsibilities: Responsible for the delivery
of patient care of the Surgical Client through the nursing process
of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
The Registered nurse is responsible for collaborating with
physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide physician
and psychological support to patients and their families. Daily
responsibilities include but are not limited to: assessments,
developing individualized plans of care, medication administration,
documentation, education, proper maintenance of equipment, and
communication of patient needs.
