Registered Nurse (RN) - Neonatal ICU/NICU Full-time -
6:30PM-7:00AM $12,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible new hires Are you

location: Texas Health Ft. Worth, 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, Fort
Worth, TX 76104 Work environment: The Women's Center at Texas
Health Ft. Worth, a MAGNET facility, has been named "Best Place to
Have a Baby" and is a Maternal Level IV Designated facility . As a
regional referral center for high-risk deliveries, Texas Health
Fort Worth offers advanced services for complex and high-risk
infants. Our Level III NICU is staffed 24 hours a day by
neonatologists, pediatric sub-specialists, neonatal nurse
practitioners and skilled registered nurses who are dedicated in
providing experienced care to babies born with special health
needs. 63-bed Level III Neonatal ICU/NICU Utilize the following
skills: Bubble CPAP, Conventional Ventilator, Oscillators, and JETs
(high-frequency) Average daily census is 54 patients Over 600 NICU
admissions per year Ability to work with critically ill and complex
infants, multiples and preemies Work hours: Full-time, 36 hours
weekly, (3) 12-hour shifts, 6:30PM - 7:00AM Sign-On Bonus for
2-year agreement for eligible new hiresTexas Health Harris
Methodist Hospital Fort Worth is a 726-bed, Magnet-designated
regional referral center that has served the residents of Tarrant
County and surroundings communities since 1930. Hospital services
include cardiovascular care, high-risk obstetrics, gynecology,
orthopedics and sports medicine, neonatal intensive care, and
trauma/emergency medicine. In early 2014, Texas Health Fort Worth
opened a new 75,000 square foot Emergency Services Center, one of
the largest in the region. Texas Health Fort Worth has more than
4,000 employees, 200 volunteers and nearly 1,000 physicians on its
medical staff. Texas Health Fort Worth recently received national

Cycle III Chest Pain Center by the Society of Chest Pain Centers.

Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred CLIAFE Must
comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education
equivalency (required) Current RN licensure or compact licensure
recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire BCLS - Basic
Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care
and maintained quarterly Required NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation
Program within 90 days is required 1 Year Experience as a clinical
nurse or completion of an RN residency program required More than 2
years Neonatal ICU/NICU Level III RN experience from an acute care
facility strongly preferred In addition to the required
qualifications, a successful RN will: Demonstrate a high degree of
confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to
function in a fast-paced environment. maintain a positive,
customer-focused attitude toward patients possess a strong work
ethic and always display a high level of professionalismhave basic
