Job Description:

Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work a 13 weeks assignment with option to extend in Fort Worth, TX. TX license required. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8's or 10's. 40 hour guaranteed workweek. Types of cases gyn, general surgery, ortho, urology. no neuro, no cardiac - 8 to 9 ORs per day. No Call. CRNAs are supervised. Credentialing: 60 - 90 days. Temps available. EMR: EPIC. $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days. $Competitive Hourly pay + A rated malpractice insurance if needed. Prefer local/drive over candidates.
