A company is looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Key Responsibilities

Provide mental health care through live sessions and asynchronous messaging
Manage cases, write client notes, and schedule appointments using the platform's app
Engage with clients to meet their mental health needs on a flexible schedule

Required Qualifications

Independent, state-board-approved clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy
Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application
Individual NPI number
Current residence in the USA
