As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Participate in discharge planning and ensure a smooth transition of care.Requirements:
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
  • BCLS certification.
