Speech-Language Pathologist
We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our
team at Lighthouse Therapy, a leading provider of innovative
therapy services.
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in
delivering high-quality treatment to children and adults with a
variety of diagnoses.

Qualifications
- Current Texas licensure in Physical Therapy, Occupational
Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
- Master's degree from an accredited university program
- Desire to work in a team approach to therapy
- Motivated by targets and goals
- Stable work history and attendance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to work in a physically active environment and treat
children on the floor as needed
Accountability and Performance Measures
- Supports the mission of Lighthouse Therapy: Improving lives by
enhancing abilities and communication in children and adults while
having fun
- Provides treatment for children and adults with a variety of
diagnoses
- Communicates effectively with parents and collaborates with
team members
- Strives to be educated and knowledgeable on latest
diagnoses/treatments
- Completes timely progress notes, re-assessments, and annual
assessments
- Tracks productivity to sustain targets
