Job Title: Registered Nurse RN Perinatal Services FT NightsLake Granbury Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Perinatal Services team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to work in our Perinatal Services department. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

• Monitor laboring patients and assist with delivery of infants
• Administer IV medication and anesthesia as needed
• Implement safety and infection control measures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
• Continuously educate patients and families on their care and treatmentRequirements:
  • Associate's degree in Nursing
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Texas
  • At least two years of experience in Perinatal Services
  • BLS and ACLS certificationPreferred Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
    • NRP, STABLE, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Intermediate and/or Advanced certificationAbout Us:Lake Granbury Medical Center is a 73-bed facility providing complete medical care and advanced surgical procedures to Hood, Somervell, and Erath County residents.
