Unit Information: Number of Beds: 12 Patient Ratios: 2/1 Unit
staffing description: 1 unit tech each shift and 1 unit secretary
on day shift. Documentation system: Meditech Floating policy: As
needed Special Skills/Experience required: 2 years Other Helpful or
Misc. Information: Procedures performed on unit: Circulate
C-sections Dress Code: Scrub Color: Facility will provide scrubs
Nail Policy: Clean and healthy Hair: Hair should be neat and clean
with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches, and sideburns
should be clean and neatly trimmed. Tattoos: Body art should be
covered whenever possible. Body art that cannot be covered on a
daily basis will be addressed individually. Piercings: Visible
