New Family Center Opportunities Weekend Night Shift Role (shifts would be every weekend variable shifts between 6:30 Friday to 12 Monday)Our New Family Center provides couplet care for postpartum mothers and their infants following vaginal and cesarean section deliveries. We focus on providing family-centered care to help ensure a successful transition home. Patient Ratios: 6:1 (3 moms and 3 babies)Number of Beds: 30Unit selling points: Our team includes nurses, PCTs and lactation consultants. We have amazing teamwork on the unit and many staff members have been a part of the unit for a long time.
