Details: Unit: 10 beds | Ratios 1:3 couplets Shifts: 2–3 RNs (day &
night, based on acuity) Charting: CPN, Meditech Requirements: 2
years experience NRP baby-catching experience Procedures:
Deliveries (C-sections & SVDs), postpartum care, circumcisions,
