POSITION DETAILS: - Traditional office hours, Monday – Friday, 8AM to 5PM - Utilize state of the art technology to decrease workload and allow more time to focus on patient care - Well-established, successful 7 provider practice - Provide comprehensive family medicine care to a diverse patient population - Work collaboratively with a team of physicians & Advance Practice Providers - Shared Call – 6 APP’s share call with the 2 physician providers - EPIC EMR documentation system - Board certified or board eligible in family medicine and Texas license required FINANCIAL DETAILS: - Employed Position with one of the largest healthcare systems in N. Texas - Initial salary guarantee with work RVU & qualify bonus compensation structure - Comprehensive benefits package, 401k and malpractice insurance coverage ADDITIONAL DETAILS: - Texas is a TORT reform state - Outpatient only practice with no hospital call - Experience with a Medicare population - Long-standing practice operating for over 15 years
