Job Description:

This is a locum tenens position with an average of 9–10 call days per month, primarily covering weekends. The schedule is subject to the availability of other local OBGYNs. Location: Granbury, Texas Start Date: As soon as credentialed Schedule: 9–10 call days per month (Friday 12:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM) Duration: Ongoing, based on local provider availability Responsibilities Weekend call coverage: Friday 12:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM Manage low- and high-risk pregnancies Perform and interpret Level I & II OB ultrasounds Provide routine and complex obstetric care, including vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and VBACs Handle emergency OB cases (e.g., breech, multiple births, abruptions) Perform office-based gynecologic procedures and minor surgeries Conduct laparoscopic and open gynecologic surgeries Required Skills OB care: NST/CST/FSE interpretation, amniocentesis, vaginal and operative deliveries Surgical OB: C-sections, breech, multiple births, VBACs, laceration repair Office GYN: IUDs, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP Surgical GYN: Laparoscopic: tubal ligation, LOA, chromopertubation Operative: ectopic pregnancy, oophorectomy, cystectomy, extensive LOA
