contribute A Physical Therapist (PT) who excels in this role: -
Conducts physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Provides direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and
function. - Educates patients and caregivers on home exercise
programs. - Documents treatment sessions and patient outcomes
accurately. - Collaborates with rehab teams and participate in
discharge planning. - Performs other duties as assigned What we're
looking for Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited
Physical Therapy program. Additional requirements include: -
Experience in inpatient rehab preferred - Current PT License - CPR
