Job Description A leading healthcare organization, Baylor Scott & White Health, is seeking a Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to support cardiopulmonary services at a major hospital in Dallas, TX. This is a 13-week travel assignment with competitive pay, consistent night shifts, and a streamlined one-round virtual interview process. What You’ll Do Deliver routine and advanced respiratory care, including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and airway clearance Manage invasive and non-invasive ventilation Respond to emergencies and assist with cardiopulmonary resuscitation Review physician orders and patient diagnostics to provide appropriate therapy Educate patients on respiratory equipment and assess response to treatment Accurately document care and collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team What We’re Looking For Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Texas RCP license (or eligibility) BLS (AHA only) Minimum 1–2 years of respiratory therapy experience Strong critical-thinking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced acute care environment Role Snapshot Location: Dallas, TX (DFW Central Region) Schedule: 3×12s | 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift) Hours: 36 per week Contract: 13 weeks Interview: Virtual, 1 round
