Job Description Program Therapist – Adolescent Residential (Boys Campus) Fort Worth, TX | Full-Time Clearfork Academy is seeking a Program Therapist to join our boys residential campus in Fort Worth. This role is ideal for a clinician who values clinical excellence, structure, teamwork, and meaningful impact with adolescents and families. We work with teenage boys struggling with mental health and substance use disorders, providing evidence-based treatment within a values-driven, highly accountable clinical culture. Role Overview The Program Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy services while collaborating closely with nursing, psychiatry, case management, and operations to ensure high-quality, coordinated care. This is a hands-on clinical role —not a paperwork-only position.
