JPS offers 18 residency and fellowship programs, including the largest family medicine residency in the nation. JPS educates in tandem with the University of North Texas Health Science Center, Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, and Texas Christian University Medical School. The Department of Internal Medicine is currently seeking a Full-Time Dermatologist to join our team. The Department of Internal Medicine provides specialty services across the continuum of care at JPS. We currently have over 90 providers who work in a variety of different locations including the Main Hospital, Ambulatory Surgery Center, and our Community Medicine Clinics. Our specialties include; Cardiology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Pulmonology, Critical Care, Endocrinology, Infectious Disease, Dermatology and Rheumatology. Job Summary: Adult only general derm and surgical derm. Single clinic location in central Fort Worth on the main hospital campus just minutes from downtown. No call required (although opportunity for inpatient if interested). EPIC EMR Mmodal dictation with possible AI enabled scribe in near future. Two staff-one LVN assigned per full time dermatologist and one medical assistant shared with other full-time dermatologist. Staff assist with all patient call backs, results, prior authorizations. Completed Residency program within Dermatology Required Licensures/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible. Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the State of Texas.
