Connecting. Growing together. Position in this function is
responsible for drawing blood on patients, performing necessary
in-house testing, and preparing specimens sent to reference lab.
Primary Responsibilities: Prepares equipment to efficiently collect
blood products Performs venipuncture using vacutainer, syringe and
butterfly techniques;. Identifies and labels specimens Conducts
designated laboratory testing Instructs patients on urine
collection procedures. Allocates urine specimens Cleans and
sterilizes equipment, instruments, and work area Inventories
supplies and places orders Enters laboratory data into computer
system Maintains patient confidentiality Data enters is accurate
and timely Monitors biohazard waste Ensures preventive maintenance
is performed on all equipment and monitors Responses timely to
abnormal and panic values Maintains knowledge of all routine
container and minimum volumes required for specimen collection
Performs all other related duties as assigned You'll be rewarded

you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: High School
Diploma/GED (or higher) Certification from an accredited phlebotomy
diploma program 2 years of phlebotomy experience (Additional
appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience
requirement) Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual English/Spanish
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local
labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In
addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive

incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to
