experience is an asset Cath Lab circulating and moderate sedation
Description: This position requires an experienced registered nurse
specializing in the cardiac cath lab. The unit consists of 5 labs
total. Patient ratios are not applicable. The staffing consists of
4 staff members per case. Types of equipment utilized include 4
Philips machines and 1 Siemens machine. The documentation system
used is Merge. The scheduling requires 12-hour shifts plus call.
Floating policy is not applicable. Advanced skills needed include
ACLS and BLS. Procedures performed in this unit include left heart
catheterization, right heart catheterization, TAVR, TEER,
electrophysiology, ECMO, Impella, ICD/PPM, peripheral procedures,
and endovascular AAA. Certifications required are ACLS and BLS. The
dress code consists of scrubs. Self-scheduling is available. There
is a requirement for 7-8 days of call per month. Requirements
