Status: Full Time Shift: 3, 12 Hour shifts per week (Variable Schedule) Dialysis Opportunities Our Dialysis is a fast-paced environment that includes high acuity patients. Dialysis Patient Population: Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis, Acute and Chronic Kidney Injury, Managing LVAD patients during Dialysis, Managing Complex Medical and Surgical patients during Dialysis. Patient Ratios: 1:1-4 Depending on Acuity Number of Beds: 11 beds Department Specifics: 72% BSN rate, 24% certification rate, 24/7 coverage with night nurse and on-call, diverse staff population with experience ranging from Novice to 20 years of experience combined. Registered Nurse Requirements - Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program - 2 YEARS OF DIALYSIS EXPERIENCE - REQUIRED - License/Certification - RN – Registered Nurse - BLS – Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire) - ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support (required within 30 days of hire) - Successful EKG Competency validation (within 30 days of hire)
