Provide direct nursing care according to the prescribed plan of care under the supervision of an RN Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers Educate patients and families on health-related issues and care techniques Perform all other nursing duties as needed, adhering to all company and regulatory policies Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of patient care Strong clinical skills with a focus on respiratory, cardiac, or similarly complex care Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong empathy and ability to connect with patients and their families Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current LVN license valid in the state of employment CPR certification IV certification preferred
