What You'll Do: Strategic leadership and oversight of clinical
operations across multiple senior living communities, ensuring
adherence to all regulatory requirements. Financial stewardship,
including budget management, expense optimization, and
identification of opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Mentorship and development of community leaders and clinical teams
to achieve and exceed operational targets, driving culture through
servant leadership. Execution of company-wide strategic initiatives
to elevate resident satisfaction, engagement, and the quality of
care provided. Facilitation of collaborative efforts with
cross-functional teams to enhance operational systems, processes,
and practices. Regular assessment of community operations through
site visits, performance evaluations, and enforcement of policy and
procedure consistency. What You'll Need: Active RN license in state
of regional operation, required. At minimum 5 years of clinical
leadership experience within senior living, required. Demonstrated
success in enhancing operational efficiency, financial performance,
and customer satisfaction. Exceptional leadership abilities,
capable of mentoring, inspiring, and driving teams towards
excellence. Experience leading or supporting turnaround initiatives
, with exceptional attention to detail and operational discipline.
Demonstrated sales success and revenue growth , coupled with a
strong desire to work within a high-performance leadership team is
a plus. Ability to travel up to 100% of the time (at minimum 4 days
per week) and 24/7 on-call availability to support communities,
