Job Description:
U.S. Renal Care is seeking a dedicated Dialysis Registered Nurse
to join our team providing outstanding dialysis services at our
clinics across the country. Our Registered Nurses play a vital role
in the lives of our patients, delivering safe and effective
dialysis treatment while ensuring a comfortable and compassionate
environment. This role requires a passion for patient care and a
commitment to making a difference in the lives of those with kidney
disease. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work
with leading-edge technology in a supportive, patient-centric
atmosphere. Administer and manage hemodialysis and peritoneal
dialysis treatments to patients with kidney failure. Monitor
patient condition during treatments, noting and managing any
potential complications. Initiate, monitor, and discontinue
dialysis treatments according to established procedures. Assess
patients' needs, plan and deliver care, and collaborate with
physicians and multidisciplinary team members. Educate patients and
their families on end-stage renal disease, dialysis therapy, and
related health management. Ensure adherence to all safety,
infection control, and clinical guidelines. Maintain accurate and
complete health care records and reports. Proficient in performing
hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments. Strong clinical
skills with the ability to react decisively in emergency
situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
interact effectively with patients and team members. Capable of
operating dialysis machinery and performing routine maintenance and
troubleshooting. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current registered nurse (RN) license
in the state of practice. CPR or BLS certification. Additional
certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN or CDN) preferred.
