This position requires a compassionate professional with a deep understanding of therapeutic practices, committed to fostering patient independence and improved quality of life. Evaluate patients’ conditions and needs to develop appropriate therapy treatment plans. Implement a range of therapeutic interventions and techniques based on the individual needs of each patient. Work with family members and other care providers to facilitate patient progress and education. Document and track patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly. Provide guidance on equipment that can aid in patient’s daily lives. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive care plan. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to develop and execute personalized patient care plans. Expertise in various therapeutic techniques and interventions. Ability to handle emotionally charged situations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist. NBCOT certification preferred.
