The successful candidate will be pivotal in enabling patients to achieve their highest potential of functionality and independence. Evaluate the patient’s condition and needs to develop suitable rehabilitation plans. Implement effective physical therapy interventions based on patient-specific plans. Educate patients and families about proper safe usage and exercises for rehabilitation. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and recovery. Assess and document patient progress, adapting plans and treatments as needed. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all federal and state laws regarding health information. Strong expertise in physical therapy techniques and rehabilitation. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster meaningful interactions with patients, families, and team members. Ability to handle physical demands of patient assistance and transport. Proficient in using medical software for patient management. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice. CPR certified is desirable.
