a qualified Oncology RN in Dallas, Texas, 75230! Job Title: RN

Description: Candidate must have oncology experience. Chemo
certification is required. Position involves working in a bone
marrow transplant unit. The unit has a total of 40 beds across two
floors. Patient ratios may vary depending on staffing, targeting
1:3 and stretching to 1:4. The unit is supported by unit
secretaries and patient care technicians. Documentation is
completed in a specified system. Scheduling requires rotation of
weekends, and travelers will float first. All nursing staff must
conduct bedside shift reports and safety rounds. The unit performs
infrequent procedures such as bone marrow biopsies. Advanced skills
needed include excellent assessment abilities. Ability to read
telemetry and monitor basic drip titration is preferred. Competence
in administering chemotherapy is essential. The team promotes a
welcoming culture for floats and contract employees. Recognition

a range of transplants including autologous and allogeneic
