Assess patient respiratory conditions using diagnostic tests and consultations. Develop and implement effective respiratory care plans. Operate and maintain modern respiratory care equipment. Educate patients and families on respiratory health and care procedures. Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes. Stay updated with the latest respiratory care practices. Proficiency in using respiratory care equipment and tools. Strong analytical skills to assess patient conditions and interpret findings. Excellent communication skills for interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license. Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification preferred.
