Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and infection control standards. Document patient care and surgical interventions accurately. Participate in post-operative care coordination and patient education as needed. Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Proven experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) nursing. Comprehensive knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and protocols. Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
