You're an experienced mortgage banker with an established client
base who isn't afraid to hunt new business. You value a company
whose focus is on providing your clients with full service
financial offerings and is able to recommend the right BOK
Financial product at the right time. To achieve this, you build
relationships, both externally in your market and throughout the
bank. You're a counselor, connector, and relationship maker. You
change people's lives!

offer exemption from state licensing, competitive pricing and fee
structures. We underwrite to Fannie and Freddie guidelines,
removing the guesswork on your part. Product offerings includes
Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Rural Development, Section
184, Portfolio Jumbo and 2nd mortgages.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL: HARD AND SOFT SKILLS:
You're a mover and a shaker in your community, a connector at
heart. You know building and nurturing relationships both
internally and externally, will set you up for long-term success.
You are highly motivated, production driven and have a strong work
ethic. Your ability to generate business and close on time, is
evident with a proven track record of productivity.
You'll need substantial knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines
and regulations. You know the difference between an FHA, VA,
Conventional, FHLMC, FNMA, and private investor loan.
Financial analysis is part of your role. You are experienced and
comfortable with collecting and analyzing financial information
from clients to ensure a client will be eligible for a loan. You
are making the necessary calculations to determine whether the
client is a good investment for the bank.
We have multiple systems with complex technical and financial
information, so you need to be tech-savvy. You need advanced math
skills for the analysis of data.
Minimum of 2-3 years' mortgage origination experience. An existing
book of business and reliable referral sources.
