Job Description:

Customer Service RepresentativeWestmoor Mfg. Co., makers of Panhandle Western Wear, Rock and Roll Denim, and Rock and Roll Cowgirl apparel, seeks a friendly, enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our Customer Service team. The department answers phone calls as well as e-mails from wholesale and retail customers, providing information that will help the customers make decisions, order more products, and resolve concerns. In addition, the Customer Service team supports our internal Sales staff and Ecommerce.Essential functions (include but are not limited to the following): - Process a high volume of orders daily - Maintain high level of customer service - Communicate with customers in a professional and timely manner by phone, email, or in person - Obtain relevant information and evaluate all data to address customer concerns - Keep detailed documentation of interactions with customers - Provide discounts, refunds, exchanges, or other offers regarding customers purchases - Build and manage positive and friendly relationships with associates - Some merchandise handling may be required periodicallyPreferred Qualifications: - Previous warehouse experience - Retail clothing experience - Intermediate to advanced telephone etiquetteRequirements: - Full-Time - Perform the physical demands of the position - working indoors with flexibility of long periods of time sitting and/or walking - Intermediate to advanced computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer applications (Microsoft Office programs, etc.) - Very strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize the workload - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Team oriented and comfortable working in a warehouse environment (climate controlled) - Self-motivated and results drivenOne + Years' Experience In: - Call center - Customer serviceBenefits: - Health, HSA, dental, vision, and life insurance - 401(k) - Paid holidays and paid time off - Clothing Allowance - Discounts on apparel purchasesEducation: - High School Diploma or higher educationResume is RequiredNO SOLICITORS/RECRUITERSEOEJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:
