brand new 25,00 sq. foot facility with amazing amenities such
as:-Expansive outdoor patio with a state-of-the-art sound system
and retractable roof-Brand new brew system and canning line-Wine
Room with extensive wine selection-Barrel Room with carefully
select barrels for beer conditioning-Beer and Wine training and

difference.Responsibilities:Professional communication.Consistent
execution of systems and standards to provide our guests with the
highest quality of products.Ability to complete daily tasks and
assigned duties.Kitchen setup and breakdown.Maintaining a clean and
organized workspaceReceiving and rotation of food and brewery
supplies.Adhere to food quality standards.Follow Fort Brewery's
recipes.Follow guidelines for proper food safety and sanitation
standards.Qualifications:Must be 18 or older.Must have current food
handlers certification.Must be able to be on your feet for most of
your shift.Knowledge of safe food handling process as well as
sanitation.Ability to maintain professionalism and
teamwork.Detailed oriented.Ability to learn the menus.Ability to
work with restaurant equipment.Knowledge of equipment
safety.Reliable transportation.Open availability is a plus, but not
