Job DescriptionFarmers Insurance agency is looking to hire a bilingual (Spanish/English) individual that enjoys working with people. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Sales and Service Representative will be responsible for selling insurance policies and providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.Insurance industry sales or office experience and knowledge is not required but is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Selling and servicing policies.
• Review current insurance accounts to focus on retention
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Cross sell all lines of insurance to prospects and our client base
• Provide exceptional customer service.

  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
