We are seeking a highly-motivated and hard-working Housekeeper to join our team at The Spring at Silverton, an upscale property for active adults in Fort Worth. • Cleans the leasing office, common-area restrooms, the model(s) units, amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by the Property Manager. - - - - - - - Ensures all vacant apartment units are freshened as needed to maintain market-ready appeal. - - - - - - - - Assists in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by the Property Manager. - - - - - - - Informs Property Manager of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others. - - - - - - - - Maintains an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies, and informs the Property Manager when a re-order is necessary. - We offer a competitive hourly rate, a great benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans and a 401k plan with employer match of 100% to a maximum of 4% of the employee's annual salary.
