Role Overview: Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 3 for Tarleton State University in Stephenville, TX Stephenville, TX . The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and experience with Campus Services; catering and retail experience is a plus. This role oversees daily food operations, ensures safety and compliance, manages resources, and drives financial performance through Sodexo programs. The position also leads strategic projects, fosters client and staff relationships, and assumes General Manager responsibilities when needed. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Minimum Management Experience - 3 years Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
