We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Leader to own
the success of our FOH or BOH operations. You will lead a team of
50–60 and empower your leadership team to drive high-performance
results while maintaining a positive, healthy, and consistent
culture . Your Impact Lead and develop a team of directors,
managers, and frontline employees. Drive operational excellence and
consistently deliver outstanding service. Build and maintain a
strong culture where expectations are high but achievable. Own key
business metrics and identify trends to improve performance.
Support onboarding and development of junior leaders to ensure
operational success. Increasing overall restaurant results, working
cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending
weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals.
Background Profile 2 years of Leadership experience Bachelor's
Degree (preferred) Hospitality experience (preferred) FOH or BOH
Restaurant experience (preferred) Experience driving culture and
operational performance simultaneously. Proven track record of
