Job Summary This individual will provide assistance in the oversight of business activities and program administration, serving as one of the key liaisons with our customers. Key Responsibilities: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly and service oriented manner Completes interviewing, hiring, and training of employees Plans, assists, and directs work while appraising performance, addressing complaints, and resolving problems Oversees facility operations Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: Associate’s Degree preferred 1-3 years of experience Possess general hospitality knowledge and interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices ServSafe Certification is preferred Apply to Wolfgang Puck today!
