This position is a key member of the Brewery Leadership team and will be responsible to help drive World Class Supply Chain implementation and the achievement of critical Phase Progression results. This position reports to the Sr. Director, HRBP--and works closely with leadership at the brewery, the broader HRBP team, local and corporate Learning and Development, and other stakeholder teams. The Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR Leadership by collaborating with functional leaders and ensuring that all key HR and business processes are executed properly. You will plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects and programs in a changing environment.
  • Lead talent and career management to grow talent and driver performance
  • Promote positive employee relations and engagement by being a leader in diversity and inclusion and developing strategies to ensure on-going effective labor and employee relations.
  • Create a culture of continuous learning and development. Partner with the line management to provide the leadership required to advance employee technical and leadership skills.
  • Lead change management in collaboration with manufacturing development, learning and development, and communications. Ensure new work practices are aligned to the brewery's business strategy through appropriate change methodology and organizational anchoring.
  • Promote employee health and wellness.
  • Lead team performance, talent, and career management and create a culture of employee engagement. The Other Qualifications:
    • You have a Bachelor's degree
    • You have worked and supported in a union environment.--
    • You have at least 10 years of experience in human resources with strong generalist experience and a focus on leadership level partnerships. Experienced in--driving culture improvement and change.--
    • You should have a working knowledge of federal and state laws/regulations in the HR field.
    • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy--
