Lhoist is seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Manager to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you would be responsible for managing the compensation function for Lhoist North America with exposure to Group Compensation staff. You would plan, develop, and implement new and revised compensation programs, policies, and procedures to align with Lhoist North America's internal policies and government regulations.

Requirements:

7+ Years' Experience working with compensation, preferably in a multi-plant environment.
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Finance, Organizational Communications, or a related field

This position will require occasional travel.

Primary Responsibilities:

Works alongside field HR teams and other HR members in order to manage the development, implementation and administration of compensation related processes and programs.
Monitors the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.

Manages and tracks ongoing performance to budget for salary mass.
Provides advice to HR and Management on pay decisions, policy interpretations and job analysis and/or grading.
Designs creative solutions to specific compensation and incentive programs.
Works with Global Compensation in managing the Long-Term Incentive program.
Develops techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data.

Oversees participation in salary surveys and monitors survey data to ensure alignment and equity within structure.
Ensures compliance with federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations.
Works closely with HRIS Manager to update and audit compensation and job grading along with external benchmarking.
