This is a level 2 position. previous experience should include positions such as Talent Acquisition Administrator, Talent Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator. This is not a recruiting position and over qualified candidates will not be pushed through.

Talent Acquisition Administrator, Talent Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator

This position will perform a wide range of recruiting coordinator and administrative support to the Global Talent Acquisition Recruiter & New Employee Experience teams.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate interview scheduling activity and related candidate travel.
- Provide "post offer accept" candidate support activity.
- Prepare candidates for on boarding at Lockheed Martin, prior to their first day.
- Manage requisition audits and closure in the Applicant Tracking System, in support of compliance.
- New employee account provisioning, database administration, and in person new employee orientation support.
