Job Description:
Job Summary/Overview:The HR Onboarding Specialist is responsible
for coordinating, executing, and actively managing onboarding
activities for new hires from the hired stage through orientation
and beyond. This includes interacting with new hires and hiring
managers to ensure that the company obtains and completes necessary
onboarding documentation on a timely basis and per compliance of
state, federal and company regulations. The Onboarding Specialist
works closely with Recruiting, Human Resources, and Payroll
departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.Essential
Functions:--- Manage and own the wing to wing hiring support. With
this, you will manage job postings, requests, interview
coordination, compensation approval requests, offer letter request,
and day 1 activities. Serving as POC for the candidate during the
process, including working with management at all levels to ensure
one and done hiring initiatives.--- Manage and own rigorous data
management processes specifically related to employee
data/assignment changes, job folder compliance and Workday records.
This responsibility includes determining appropriate actions for
overall organizational structure changes and implementation as well
as effectively deciding course changes and effects thereof for
employee records and data.--- Maintain reporting for several HR
processes including developing scorecard for employee metrics
(recruiting, posting activity, and offer/acceptance), reviewing and
providing HR Analytical data and other requests as needed.---
Assist with all other HR data & transaction requests as needed.---
Other duties for this position include: work with the team to
provide process improvements; maintain and protect confidential
data with utmost scrutiny, judgment and care; metrics and
administration support as needed.Minimum Requirements:--- Minimum
one to three (1 - 3) years in experience in HR and/or Professional
Field--- HS Diploma/GED or bachelor's degree (preferred)---
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint--- Work
Schedule: Monday - Thursday; 6:00am - 4:30pm (with occasional
overtime)--- This position is located in Fort Wort, TX 76177 and is
located onsite.Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:--- Experience
with, knowledge of, and ability to apply excellent customer service
practices--- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills---
Excellent verbal and written communication skills--- Knowledge of
and ability to explain and provide guidance on payroll, benefits,
reporting and best practices in operations--- Knowledge and strong
understanding of practices, policies, processes, systems
capabilities and limitations--- Ability to work in a fast paced,
changing environment while managing multiple priorities--- Ability
to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization---
Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly, accurately,
and tactfully verbally and in writing--- Ability to organize,
prioritize work, and ensure timely deliverables. High attention to
detail--- Ability to effectively utilize video conferencing systems
(Microsoft Teams)
