As aHuman Resource Business Partnersupporting the Research and Development Organization,you will be trusted to work on collaborating and mentoring within the business units from our Fort Worth, TX location.In this role, a typical day will include:

• Working with business leaders to solve significant people and cultural issues, provides expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment including hiring, termination, performance management, rewards, etc.
• Supporting the talent aspects of organization structure changes, talent integration related to mergers & acquisitions.
• Encouraging high-quality, diverse local talent bench, through selection process, competitive compensation practices and adequate talent development.
• Communicating the business value of HR initiatives, leading HR program roll out to minimize business disruption.
• Using analytics and insights to improve people and workforce management via workforce planning, hi-potential employee development and organizational planning.WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
  • 2 Years of Validated Experience as an Human Resource Partner, preferably in a R&D, Medical Device or Healthcare environment.HOW YOU CAN THRIVE AT ALCON:
