We are currently hiring a Staffing Coordinator for our skilled nursing facility. Full Time
Responsibilities:

• Ensures that the facility is adequately staffed for each work shift in order to comply with state and federal regulations
• Organizes and prepares schedules based on availability, census, time off requests, and vacancies
• Monitoring/managing of time-off requests and call-offs
• Training, on boarding and orienting new CNAs to facility and policies
• Completing CNA new hire competency check offs and annual CNA competency check offs. -
  Qualifications:--- - - -Previous staffing experience is required ---- - - -Texas CNA certificate in this state of Texas--- - - -Ability to relate with all staff and potential patients and family members--- - - -Service-oriented (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor)--- - - -Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities
