Job Description:
Touchstone Communities, a leader in senior living and long-term
care, is seeking a dedicated Workforce/Staffing Manager to join our
HR team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that we have the right
talent in the right places to meet the unique needs of our elders
across our Texas facilities. You will be responsible for planning,
managing, and optimizing the staffing requirements that support
quality care and operational efficiency. In this strategic yet
hands-on role, you will collaborate with various department heads
to forecast staffing needs, design effective recruiting strategies,
and develop staff retention programs. Your expertise in HR
practices and your deep understanding of the healthcare sector will
contribute directly to not only meeting but surpassing our staffing
objectives, ensuring we continue to provide exceptional care for
our community's elders. Develop and execute staffing strategies in
alignment with organizational objectives and healthcare
regulations. Collaborate with department heads to assess short-term
and long-term staffing needs and succession planning. Lead
recruitment efforts, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
processes. Analyze staffing data for trends, making recommendations
for improvements. Implement staff development and retention
strategies that align with company culture and values. Ensure
compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory
requirements related to workforce and staffing. Manage budgeting
for the staffing needs of the facilities. Strong leadership and
decision-making skills In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations
and staffing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency with HR software
and systems 401k PHR or SPHR certification preferred Certification
in healthcare workforce management is a plus
