Sourcers work in partnership with a recruiter to uncover, share, and deliver talent diverse candidates to our hiring teams. The Sourcers have the voice and empowerment to be successful. Sourcers 'have a seat at the table'A and drive conversations and strategy sessions with hiring managers and candidates.In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating a pipeline of best-in-class talent for LinkedIn through innovative outreach methods. You will work to reduce the time it takes to fill each position while continually striving to improve the satisfaction of your hiring managers.Responsibilities:Lead by example and provide recruitment support to the Leaders in the Engineering organizationProvide sourcing support to the technical recruiting teamUse analytics, operations and strategy to attract key talent for your searches? Make recommendations for sourcing strategy and the use of LinkedIn products and tools?? Develop talent pipelines and candidate relationships for current and future opportunities at LinkedIn?? Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system?? Deliver feedback on LinkedIn tools to LinkedIn product team members for product improvements? Proactively source passive talent to join LinkedIn? Partner with recruiters to provide guidance, expertise, and talent advising to hire the best talent for our team? Utilize the world's best recruiting tools to get the job done better, faster and more efficiently than ever before? Deliver against set metrics to provide consistent results and data-backed progress to continue moving the needle in our hyper-growth environment? Elevate the candidate experience by adopting our 'Members First' company value? Possess and embody our company culture and values, and establish a reputation with the business of high integrity and top performance?
