Job Description:
Chief Operating Officer - REMOTE -The Chief Operating Officer
will have day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing,
managing and controlling all support and professional services
activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility
for customer support, infrastructure services, customer
implementations and training, Client Success, Technical Operations,
Documentation, RCM and HR. The COO will build upon a service
culture focused on providing the best service and support in the
HCIT industry. Consistent with the company's values, the COO will
foster a positive and motivational environment for the team,
emphasizing integrity, respect and accountability, and providing
opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and build
their careers. -Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day leadership and management to support
professional services teams.
- Responsible for meeting operational targets including revenue,
customer support, ongoing technology/infrastructure improvements
and innovations.
- Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all
internal and external processes. Provide timely, accurate and
complete reports on the operating condition of the company.
- Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of
effective operational growth strategies and processes.
- Ensure that department structure and operating procedures are
setting the bar for customer satisfaction within the HCIT
industry.
- Take a leadership role in client care.
- Collaborate with the executive management team to develop and
implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems,
processes, and talent designed to accommodate the objectives of the
organization.
- Motivate and lead high performance operations teams; coach and
develop staff to enhance performance, provide a motivational career
progression and build a positive, team-based culture.
- Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment.
- Work in partnership with product development management to
ensure close alignment between operational and sales activities and
