Technical Skills and Competencies Required

4+ years Oracle PL/SQL development experience including experience in each of the following areas:
--- Creating and maintaining large packages, stored procedures, functions, record structures, tables, views, indexes and triggers
--- PL/SQL development, unit testing, code troubleshooting and debugging
--- Query performance tuning
--- Database design

Soft skills:
--- Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
--- Self-motivated individual with strong desire to solve problems through investigative means; strong organizational skills
--- Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively, as well as function effectively and collaboratively within a team
--- Exercise good judgment and decision-making skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

--- This position is responsible for implementing business logic in Oracle DB packages, functions and procedures that supports the development, deployment and support of large mission critical enterprise Web applications
--- Involved in all phases of the software lifecycle with an emphasis on database logic implementation and design
--- Assisting in the design of the application architecture with a focus on scalability, maintainability, security and performance
--- Following established coding standards and naming conventions

--- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and SOLID design principles
--- Experience with Restful Web Services (Web API / REST API)
--- Experience with Git or any other source control system

--- Experience with Microsoft .Net Core
--- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell

Interviews will be conducted onsite and there will be a coding assessment with the interview. Position does have the opportunity to go perm and the candidate will be required to follow the Hybrid onsite requirement.
