Job Description:
Client is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join
the Corporate Human Resources Department, located in Plano, TX.
This is a hybrid (3 days a week in office) role, reporting to HR
management team and partnering with Account Managers and Business
teams (management and department head) across the organization. You
will be responsible for screening, interviewing, building talent
pipelines, creating targeted candidate marketing strategies, and
nurturing candidate relationships. You will partner with hiring
teams to execute successful recruiting tactics which will require
plenty of collaboration, so we are looking for an individual
contributor who is ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities:
Actively source and screen technical candidates for contract,
contract-to-full-time employee & full-time employee positions with
client-US.
Manage entire recruiting process, recruitment life cycle, including
our vendor management processes for recruiting and staffing
agencies (HR Partners).
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' skill set.
Coordinate virtual and in person interviews with the customer
hiring team, Client hiring team, and candidates through Microsoft
O365 and Microsoft Teams and ensuring availability from all
levels.
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured
interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
Utilizing all possible tools & avenues to ensure complete coverage
on key jobs.
Ensuring high closing ratios by high attention to detail, thorough
candidate screening, and constant communication with candidates,
internal sales teams, and hiring teams throughout the recruitment
process
Ability to create summary document of shortlisted profiles and
provide recommendation of profiles to Hiring Manager.
Maintain solid knowledge of sourcing techniques like social media
recruiting and external job boards, but also on niche platforms in
Security, Telematics and IT domain
Communicate with multiple stakeholders, keeping all levels of
management informed and updated.
Minimum Education Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or
equivalent years' experience
4-6 years of experience in recruitment lifecycle in IT industry
(security, network, cloud, software, project management)
Experience working in a small team; individual has an important
role to play in completing projects/tasks.
A natural sense of ownership over their work and proactive.
Passion for understanding and speaking with empathy.
Managing a candidate's experience including negotiation and closing
skills
Individual contribution towards process improvement (kaizen) and
problem-solving.
Experience in Microsoft Office: O365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
SharePoint.
