Job Description:

seeking a highly skilled AI Research Engineer to join our
progressive Research and Development team in the Defense and
Aerospace sector. The successful candidate will lead the way in
developing and integrating artificial intelligence solutions that
enhance the capabilities of defense technology, ensuring our
operation remains at the forefront of innovation and effectiveness.
This role requires a deep understanding of AI methodologies, as
well as the ability to work collaboratively within teams to
innovate and drive projects from conception through to deployment.
Conduct advanced research in artificial intelligence, machine
learning, and computational statistics. Develop algorithms for
predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and data optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement
AI-driven products and services. Write and maintain technical
documentation related to AI projects. Stay abreast of industry
trends and emerging technologies in AI and propose adaptation of
new technologies. Ensure the ethical considerations and standards
in AI applications are met and align with Lockheed Martin's
policies. Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and
neural networks Proficient in programming languages such as Python,
R, or Java Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as
TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch Strong problem-solving skills and
ability to think algorithmically Excellent analytical and
