Family Law Attorney Wanted

A premier family law firm in Fort Worth is growing, and we are looking for an experienced attorney!

We offer W-2 wages, PTO and Health Insurance with 75% of your elected plan paid by the firm, we close the office at noon on Fridays, a chill, positive, and fun-filled workplace, firm-funded professional development, the freedom to run your own cases, and more. We are adding a retirement plan soon as well. We pride ourselves, on a support staff to manage client accounts, sales, client intake, and more, so you can focus on being an awesome lawyer.

We love helping good people through high-conflict family law situations so they can seize the life they want. We have a heart for comforting people who are facing the stress of divorce or a case involving their children. Maybe you are a solo lawyer who has discovered the daily grind of running a law firm cuts into your time to just be an awesome lawyer and advocate for your clients. Maybe you are working for a firm that uses a cookie-cutter model for family law cases, and you know you can do more for your clients than what your firm allows. This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a caseload, so you must be able to work in the office for 40 hours per week. This is a salaried position, and there is ample opportunity for additional bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability.

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will manage family cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients. Innovating case strategies based on the client's desired outcomes is key. Being competent to draft and edit pleadings, negotiate with opposing counsel, and litigate fiercely for clients in court is likewise crucial. All of this will be in addition to building client relationships and providing an excellent customer experience.
--- Litigating contentious hearings when beneficial negotiations have failed
--- Planning client-centered strategies to put the client in the best position possible under the facts
--- Negotiating thoughtful settlements that seek to destroy the zero-sum narrative associated with family law
--- Preparing tactical operations to influence successful outcomes
--- Working directly with clients to advise them on best practices to minimize client stress and mitigate client risk during the proceedings
--- Advising clients of non-legal ideas to help prepare them for life after the case

Qualifications:
--- We need an associate attorney with experience in divorce, SAPCRs, protective orders, and adoptions
--- The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding
