Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to support
its commercial team in negotiating and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead negotiations with customers, partners, and vendors
Coordinate and manage external counsel for contract review and
delivery
Collaborate with the commercial legal and sales teams to improve
core documents and processes
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience negotiating commercial contracts, preferably
with large healthcare systems
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal
counterparts
Experience managing a high volume of contracts and competing
priorities
Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise business
judgment
Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships with
technical and sales teams
